Come join us for our eighth annual silent Zen meditation retreat as we explore the theme of our mutual interdependence that is expressed so beautifully in nature. The retreat schedule includes silent meditation, as well as mindful activity during mealtime, work, and rest periods. Co-led by Seido Martin and Mushin Terris of the Corvallis Zen Circle, the retreat includes daily dharma talks and private meetings with the teachers.
Retreat participants should come prepared for a rustic camp setting. This retreat is suitable for beginners with some Zen meditation experience and experience with ritual forms. Wednesday evening begins with a thorough orientation to the setting and retreat rituals before we enter into the silent period.
