Zazenkai means "day of zazen." Come join us for a day of meditation cultivating mindful presence. By putting aside our usual busy multitasking mind, we begin to open up our awareness of the life that surrounds us and listen deeply to our own direct experience. Many practitioners find that that these retreats significantly deepen their relationship to meditation and understanding of how zazen informs daily life. One day retreats are suitable to newcomers and celebrates the mind of the beginner.…

Through the imagination and intuitive work of the hands, we often discover some aspect of practice or Buddhist teachings that have otherwise eluded us.
