Zen 101: Introductory Workshop

Whether you’ve been coming to weekly meditation and have questions, or are completely new to Zen, this workshop  is for you. Learn how to practice zazen, work with common obstacles in meditation, the purpose of zendo rituals like bowing, and mindfulness through “oryoki” – our traditional meal ritual.

The workshop will include time to answer your particular questions about how to take up Zen practice.

Tea and vegetarian lunch provided.
