As householders, our close relationships are of vital importance to living a realized life – friends, siblings, parents and children. And yet, it is in these relationships that many practitioners struggle to apply the teachings of Buddhism and the bodhisattva precepts. Close relationships are often strained with buried resentments, the pull of habitual roles and unacknowledged unmet needs. This workshop is dedicated to investigating common obstacles to realizing “not one, not two” where we show up as ourselves while serving the other with genuine love and compassion.
