Please join us for this 5 1/2 day silent meditation retreat together at home. Days include traditional Zen practice forms – zazen, service, walking meditation, mindful work, meals and rest as well as dharma talks and meetings with the teachers. Schedule balances online and offline activities so participants are supported in the community while having the ability to modify zazen periods at home. Retreat is a joint sangha event with Empty Field Zen West and Sangha Jewel Zen Center.
While attending the entire retreat is encouraged, participants are able to register for individual days as long as they are able to be present from 6 AM to 9 PM.
