Whether you've been coming to weekly meditation and have questions, or are completely new to Zen, this workshop  is for you. Learn how to practice zazen, work with common obstacles in meditation, the purpose of zendo rituals like bowing, and mindfulness through "oryoki" - our traditional meal ritual.
